产品描述:玖城牌半合成切削液是合成极压型产品，不含矿物油，由多种X质进口水溶性添加剂采用X工艺调制而成，适用于特殊硬质材料、合金钢、不锈钢。长寿命，长期使用不变质，X良防锈性，良好润滑性，和X越抗极压效果，具很好低泡性，适用各种不同硬度、不同金属材质在CNC多刀具加工中心使用。
产品特点:
X异的润滑和冷却性能，可减轻刀具结屑瘤，提高加工件精度，降低刀具损耗。
良好的防锈、防腐性能，碱性低，对皮肤、眼睛无刺激。
浓缩液含且高，使用比例低，抗微生物性能好，工作液寿命长。
加工时渗透性好，清洗性好，对机床油漆无影响。
产品应用:
适用于金属的重负荷车削、铣削、磨削、钻削、攻丝等加工，能适合加工中心多刀具、多种金属混合加工的复杂状况，起润滑、冷却和防锈作用。
推荐使用浓度3%～10%

Recommended use:
It is suitable for metal heavy load turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping and so on. It can be suitable for the complex conditions of Multi Tool and metal mixed processing in the processing center, and it can play the role of lubrication, cooling and rust divvention.
Recommended using concentration of 3% to 10%.
