产品描述:玖城牌液压导轨油采用二次加氢技术提炼的X质矿物油，特别添加抗粘滑添加剂精制而成。此产品具有防锈、抗氧化、抗磨性能，而且有抗粘滑性，适用于液压和导轨润滑合用的一个油路系统的精密机床上，也适用于其它要求有良好黏附性的机械润滑部位。本产品按照40℃运动粘度分为32、46、68、100、150等牌号。

X异的抗泡性能，确保系统之速度及定位准确。
有良好的抗乳化性，避免水份进入产生乳化液和腐蚀机体。
加有特种抗粘—滑添加剂，在低速重载运动下使振动或间断滑动减为X小。
良好的粘温特性，保证高低温情况下正常使用。
产品应用:
适用于各类设备金属导轨的润滑。
低粘度的导轨油（32、68）适用于水平导轨的润滑。
高粘度的导轨油（150、220）适用于垂直导轨的润滑。

JCHydraulic guide oil is using high quality mineral oil extracted from the secondary hydrogenation technology.with special addition of anti stick slip additives refined.The product has anti-rust, antioxidation, antiwear properties, and it has anti - Sticky properties. It is suitable for a divcision machine tool for hydraulic and guide lubricating share one oil-way system. It is also suitable for other mechanical lubricating parts with good adhesion. This product is divided into 32, 46, 68, 100, 150 brand grades according to the kinematic viscosity at 40 degrees centigrade.

Excellent anti foam performance to ensure the speed and accuracy of the system.
Good resistance to emulsification, to avoid water entering into produced emulsion and corrosion of the body.
Special anti stick slip additives are added to minimize vibration or discontinuous sliding at low speed and heavy load.
Good viscosity temperature characteristic to ensure normal use under high and low temperature conditions.
Recommended use:
Apply to the lubrication of metal guideway for allkinds of equipment
Low viscosity guide oil (32, 68) is suitable for lubrication of horizontal guide rail.
High viscosity guide oil (150, 220) is suitable for lubrication of vertical guide rail.
